What You Need to Know
个人电脑 & 平板电脑服务 has two primary functions:
- 桌面支持: Hands-on support for all campus computers, labs and mobile devices as well as software installation, hardware configuration, troubleshooting and project 管理
- Workstation Refresh Program: provides replacement workstations for staff
- includes desktops, laptops, and tablets

- for each Full-Time employee position and computer lab space on campus

- 桌面支持 is provided for 教师 and 工作人员 work devices only.
- Note that personal home devices are not supported.
- Locate your college/department and contact your Desktop/IT Tech 支持 for assistance.
